🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution.
• 6-8 years in program management, CS ops, or consulting.
• Proven track record with transformational initiatives.
• Strong problem solving, data-driven decision making.
• Clear communication and ability to influence executives.
• PMP/Agile/Prosci or related certs; SaaS experience.
