Senior Program Manager, Data Center Delivery

📋 Description

• Serve as Together’s rep on data center projects, managing providers and partners.
• Oversee full deployment: MEP installation, white space readiness, fit out, turnover.
• Manage performance of integration partners on staging and validation.
• Manage partner contracts, SLAs, schedules, change orders; track milestones.
• Coordinate with external partners to resolve field issues and stay on track.
• Provide regular status reports: schedules, risks, budgets, decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in technical project or construction management, 5+ in data centers.
• Experience managing data center providers or GC contracts, schedule, scope.
• Experience with high-density compute deployments: cabling, power, staging.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, data halls, structured cabling, white space.
• Experience managing multi-million budgets across concurrent projects.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
