Senior Program Manager, Data Operations

📋 Description

• Design, launch, and own end-to-end data workflows: raw audio to datasets

• Build and evolve labeling specs, style guides, and docs for annotation teams

• Identify opportunities for tooling, automation, and workflow optimization

• Translate product goals and model requirements into data creation strategies

• Own the full lifecycle: data acquisition, preparation, scaling, and evaluation

• Prototype and deploy data tools and infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• Experience owning data, ML, or operations programs end-to-end in PM or product management

• Fluency with technical teams; discuss data quality, evaluation, and model impact

• Systems thinking; reason from fundamentals and scale decisions

• Prioritization under constraint—decide what to fund, cut, and sequence

• Strong operating instincts: scope, sequence, assign, and ship

• Direct exposure to speech/audio, ASR, or TTS data
