📋 Description

• Own the strategy, roadmap, priorities, and outcomes of a technology-focused employee experience
• Design and lead organizational research, pilots, and experiments that evaluate new approaches to

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program management, organizational effectiveness, workplace strategy
• Strong expertise in technology enablement, including AI adoption, knowledge management, digital
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional programs from ambiguous
• Experience designing and managing research initiatives, pilots, experiments, or other
• Strong understanding of distributed, hybrid, Virtual First, or other modern ways of working.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong facilitation and executive
