📋 Description

• Own end-to-end management for large Enterprise Tech & AI initiatives.
• Define metrics, report status, and escalate issues with options.
• Partner with business and tech stakeholders to define problems and outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional alignment; resolve dependencies across teams.
• Improve governance, intake processes, and ways of working CIO org.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable work plans for all.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years managing large Enterprise Tech & AI programs.
• Simplify complex processes and resolve ambiguity.
• Influence without authority across Finance, Legal, Sales, Product.
• Strategic and detail-focused; able to switch between exec talk and hands-on.
• Strong written/verbal communication; present to ETA leadership.
• PM tools/methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SAFe); PMP/CSM a plus.
