📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large Enterprise Tech and AI programs.
• Define scope, roadmaps, resources, and delivery tracking.
• Establish success metrics and report to senior leadership.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand problems and outcomes.
• Drive alignment across distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Improve governance, intake, and operating models.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of program management in Enterprise Tech and AI programs.
• Ability to simplify complex processes and structure ambiguous problems.
• Experience influencing without authority across Finance, Legal, Sales, Product, and Tech.
• Strategic and execution-minded; strong executive communication.
• Strong written/verbal communication for senior audiences.
• Familiarity with business systems, data, AI, cybersecurity, infra, or EA.
