📋 Description

• Lead large-scale, enterprise-wide programs that are high stakes, high impact, and highly visible
• Translate ambiguous company priorities into clear program strategies, milestones, decision paths
• Be self-driven and drive end-to-end ownership of cross-cutting strategic, cross-functional projects
• Proactively identify program risks, dependencies, and changing circumstances, partnering with
• Build influential big picture storylines and communicate these narratives to build buy-in, adoption
• Partner directly with senior leaders and cross functional teams to drive accountability, accelerate

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree, with 8+ years of experience in a strategy, business operations, program
• Exceptional ability devising simple, scalable solutions to complex problems, complemented by
• Deep experience in improving cross-functional operations & scaling systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a proven track record of effectively interacting
• Demonstrated success in highly cross-functional settings and ability to thrive in influence without
• Skilled at managing change and multiple workstreams at once
