Senior Program Manager, Eval Operations

📋 Description

• Run intake, triage, prioritization, and escalation processes for the validation organization
• Refine workflows to handle growing validation complexity in day-to-day work
• Orient quickly within active validation cycles, absorb technical context, identify blockers, and
• Partner with Autonomy Engineering and Systems Engineering to align validation requirements and
• Safeguard data integrity across validation outputs for trustworthy results
• Manage capacity across external vendors and in-house resources

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical program management, engineering operations, or related roles
• Strong ability to absorb technical context quickly and articulate priorities across multiple
• Cross-functional stakeholder management, especially aligning competing engineering groups
• Experience coordinating delivery across onshore and offshore teams
• Structured problem-solving and risk management instincts
• Clear written and verbal communication with technical and executive audiences

🎁 Benefits

• Base pay range: $132,000 – $198,000 (variable by level, location, and experience)
