Senior Program Manager – Finance Transformation & Strategic Programs (Night Shift)

📋 Description

• Lead Finance transformation across P2P, Record-to-Report, payroll and related areas.
• Partner with leaders across Finance, Accounting, Tax, People, Legal, Procurement, Product, Eng, Ops.
• Host workshops to refine processes, data, policies, and technology; oversee end-to-end projects.
• Set up governance, manage risks, define success metrics, executive reporting.
• Explore AI, automation, analytics, workflow tools, and agentic solutions.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to remove blockers and accelerate delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years leading cross-functional transformation in Finance, Accounting, Tax, Revenue, or Shared Services.
• Track record in operating model redesign, governance, policy, and process refinement.
• Experience leading executive workshops and influencing senior partners.
• Strong analytical skills linking strategy, data, and technology.
• Hands-on with Workday, Vertex, Jira; AI tools and workflow automation.
• Excellent executive communication; able to operate in fast-paced environments.
