📋 Description

• Own the General Manager's recurring meeting cadence, including leadership syncs, milestone reviews
• Build agendas for leadership meetings, confirming objectives, attendees, pre-reads, and decision
• Run recurring operational meetings on behalf of the General Manager when appropriate.
• Capture decisions, action items, and owners during meetings, publish notes promptly, and track
• Protect the General Manager's calendar by redirecting unnecessary meetings, consolidating
• Maintain meeting-discipline standards and associated performance metrics across the division.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in program management, Chief of Staff, business operations, or a
• Demonstrated experience exercising independent judgment on behalf of a senior executive, including
• Experience supporting a VP-level or higher executive in a fast-paced operating environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex
• Strong organizational instincts and the ability to independently build systems for tracking work
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, taking loosely defined requests, structuring them
