📋 Description

• Lead complex, cross-functional Sales and GTM transformation programs end-to-end, translating
• Manage multiple strategic programs and interconnected workstreams simultaneously, independently
• Bring a strong understanding of Sales and GTM organizations, processes, and operating models
• Establish and drive business-centric program governance and operating rhythms, including integrated
• Navigate complex and ambiguous business problems, independently assessing issues, identifying
• Partner with business leaders to translate strategic objectives into measurable outcomes, KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive program management experience leading complex, cross-functional
• Demonstrated experience supporting Sales, GTM, Revenue/Sales Operations, or related commercial
• Proven ability to independently translate ambiguous strategic priorities into structured
• Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to connect program execution to business
• Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate with VP and C-level executives, navigate
• Strong executive communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to synthesize complex
