🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year institution.
• 6-8 years in program management, CS ops, strategy or consulting in SaaS.
• Proven record launching initiatives that improve customer experience.
• Strong PM toolkit with problem solving and data-driven insights.
• Clear communication; ability to influence cross-functional leaders.
