📋 Description

• Own end-to-end implementation planning for new Tendo Insights customers — building phased project
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for your accounts through implementation, building
• Identify and proactively manage delivery risk — including organizational and interpersonal risk
• Run structured stakeholder communication and escalation cadences, including managing engagements
• Convert high-level or phased contract commitments into specific, mutually agreed implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional
• 7+ years of experience in program/project management, implementation, or professional services
• A track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementations with executive-level customer
• Demonstrated judgment in navigating organizational politics and relationship risk within a customer
• Strong executive communication and presence — comfortable building and delivering a plan or
