📋 Description

• Drive the Legal Department's AI enablement roadmap by identifying opportunities to apply artificial
• Independently manage AI pilots and proofs of concept from initial scoping and design through
• Analyze existing legal workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements using AI and
• Oversee the administration, configuration, and ongoing improvement of the legal technology
• Provide hands-on paralegal support for employment and civil litigation matters, including managing
• Conduct legal and factual research, monitor relevant legal developments, and provide reliable

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required. A paralegal certificate, Juris Doctor (JD), or advanced degree in law
• At least 12 years of experience in legal operations, legal technology, or litigation paralegal
• Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, or optimizing AI-enabled workflows, prompts, and
• Experience administering or managing legal technology platforms, including document management
• Familiarity with litigation procedures, discovery requests, subpoenas, preservation obligations
• Strong legal and factual research capabilities, including experience with legal research platforms
