Senior Program Manager, Mapping Operations

📋 Description

• Lead one of the large Production teams for the Mapping Operations group in Hyderabad, collaborating
• Drive operational excellence, ensure SLAs, scale vendor operations, and manage day-to-day
• Oversee strategic initiatives involving tooling, process, and infrastructure to enable scalable
• Manage large projects from concept to launch with cross-functional coordination (Engineering
• Monitor progress and communicate results to program teams and executive leadership.
• Provide mentorship and managerial support for junior team members.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in technical or business discipline
• Overall 12+ years of work experience in managing large-scale and dynamic programs
• At least 4 years of direct people management experience
• Experience working with and managing scaled vendor operations teams
• Proven collaboration and communication skills with globally distributed teams and multiple
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data
