📋 Description

• Review and QA project deliverables, including tool designs and the content library/matrix, for
• Guide deliverables through client review and PRC submission, ensuring thorough, accurate editorial
• Conduct pre-launch QA testing of the built tool against PRC-approved materials, including content
• Develop, document, and maintain quality processes, checklists, and best practices for the medical
• Manage resourcing across a team of contractor medical editors: assigning, coordinating, and
• Partner with stakeholders across the Implementation and Customer Success teams including project

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, English, journalism, communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in medical/scientific editing, ideally within a life sciences marketing
• Proven experience guiding content through Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) or PRC review and
• Excellent attention to detail, with strong factchecking, proofreading, and reference/citation
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain editorial processes and QA procedures
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a
