🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Operations.
• 8+ years in program management, ops excellence, or process improvement.
• Experience in a product-based operations environment.
• Experience using data and metrics to guide decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
