Senior Program Manager (Navy Logistics)

📋 Description

• Design and manage customer success projects from onboarding to renewal.
• Lead opportunity identification and solutioning; support RFIs/RFPs.
• Lead large cross-functional programs from start to finish.
• Develop a strategic roadmap of customer success initiatives.
• Represent the voice of the customer to inform product strategy.
• Apply AI to accelerate delivery and improve quality for stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 15+ years in program management for tech modernization in DoD/government.
• PMP or PgMP; agile certs (CSM/SAFe, etc.).
• Experience leading programs with 50+ resources and $13M+ revenue.
• US Citizenship; ability to obtain US government clearance.
• Proficiency with Appian; Salesforce/ServiceNow/Palantir knowledge.
