Senior Program Manager (Navy Logistics)

📋 Description

• Design and optimize customer success programs: onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewal.
• Lead opportunity identification, solutioning, and sales support; respond to RFI/RFPs with government leaders.
• Lead large-scale cross-functional programs from initiation to completion on time and within scope.
• Develop a strategic roadmap of customer success initiatives aligned with company goals and customer needs.
• Voice of the customer; inform product strategy and Navy logistics modernization.
• Drive innovation in delivery using AI to accelerate outcomes.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 15+ years in DoD/federal program mgmt; mentoring personnel.
• PMP or PgMP certification and Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe).
• Lead complex programs with 50+ resources and $13M in annual revenue.
• Excellent communication and Navy logistics relationships.
• US Citizenship with ability to obtain government clearance; willing to travel.
