• Lead supply chain readiness, launch, and scale of new robotic platforms.
• Manage NPI deliverables: supplier selection, sourcing, roadmaps.
• Drive cross-functional programs to launch and scale products.
• Develop and negotiate contracts; analyze spend; inventory strategies.
• Mentor teams on Sourcing processes and industry best practices.
• Improve supplier performance and reduce total cost of ownership.

• Significant experience with NPI in regulated manufacturing.
• Exceptional negotiation skills; proven savings and contract wins.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; MS Office and ERP know-how.
• Proven PM track record in fast-paced manufacturing; multitask.
• Strong financial acumen; experience building financial models.
• Knowledge of buying, material planning, master scheduling, forecast.
