📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end ownership of OMX's top strategic initiatives with measurable impact.
• Create clear execution plans, align stakeholders, and drive complex initiatives with minimal oversight.
• Anticipate risks, adapt to changing priorities, and ensure programs stay on track with governance.
• Build data-driven narratives and exec communications to drive alignment and decisions.
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive accountability and scalable solutions.
• Leverage AI, automation, and scalable operating practices to simplify workflows and increase capacity.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Strategy, Business Operations, PM, Mgmt Consulting, or related field.
• Exceptional program management; design scalable solutions; lead from strategy to execution.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication; experience presenting to senior leaders.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing outcomes without authority.
• Strong analytical skills; Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Experience identifying and implementing AI, automation, and scalable process improvements.
