Senior Program Manager - Remote (US)

📋 Description

• Drive strategic programs through Concept, Commit, and Execution with cross-functional alignment.
• Keep programs aligned across R&D, Engineering, Product Management, and Sales, linking delivery to business outcomes.
• Coordinate with other program managers to resolve overlaps and display portfolio status.
• Present program status, risks, and options to executive leadership with candor.
• Run the operating cadence: milestones, risk management, dependencies, logs, and early problem detection.
• Drive GPU deployments at the center of the AI cloud era, collaborating with exec leadership and world-class technical teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in program management or technical program management for enterprise infrastructure software, with a record of carrying complex initiatives from concept through delivery
• Technical background sufficient for a highly technical domain: Kubernetes, GPU infrastructure, cloud platforms, or adjacent systems
• Demonstrated success driving results through influence in matrixed organizations, aligning stakeholders who do not report to you across engineering, product, and go-to-market functions
• Experience working within and improving structured program lifecycles, such as concept-to-commit-to-execution, stage-gate, or similar frameworks
• Strong collaboration instincts paired with accountability for outcomes: you bring teams along, and programs you run finish
• Strongly Preferred: Prior hands-on technical role (engineering, solutions architecture, or similar) or PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification, or a track record that makes certification irrelevant
