📋 Description

• Own cross-org program design and delivery across Field Eng and Support.
• Design and drive operating standards and planning rhythms.
• Lead programs that scale GTM execution across the org.
• Define how we work across geos and across teams.
• Ensure best practices spread across the company.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in PM, Revenue Ops, or GTM in B2B SaaS.
• Proven cross-functional program leadership across orgs.
• Exposure to Field Eng, Solutions Architecture, or Sales/Support.
• Systems-thinking; assess downstream effects of operating models.
• Analytical, data-driven; proficient in SQL, Google Sheets, Salesforce.
• BS/BA in Business, Finance, or Operations (or equivalent).
