Senior Program Specialist - Engagement and Culture (Hybrid)

📋 Description

• Contribute to employee programs and initiatives per communications strategy
• Oversee onboarding, town halls, engagement activities
• Lead culture committee; post-event surveys; all-department emails/newsletters
• Increase visibility of department roadmap and priorities
• Collaborate to enhance connection, collaboration, belonging
• Own planning logistics for department events and communications

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 5 years experience OR Masters with 4 years
• Proven experience managing employee communications initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong business acumen and anticipation of needs
• 4+ years in employee communications; healthcare/bio-pharma a plus
