📋 Description

• Primary point of contact for customers and partners across complex defence programmes.
• Own senior stakeholder relationships and coordinate resources across teams.
• Align engineering, commercial and operations workstreams to delivery milestones.
• Translate programme performance into leadership reports and surface risks early.
• Maintain roadmaps, KPIs and dashboards to drive improvements.
• Orchestrate Helsing's capabilities across multiple workstreams and timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven senior programme management experience in defence/engineering environments.
• Maintain and update programme roadmaps, steering dashboards, and KPIs.
• Strong stakeholder management and commercial engagement skills.
• Ability to translate performance into clear reports for leadership.
• Excellent English; willingness to travel; German language skills (C1) preferred.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a nice-to-have and desirable.
