📋 Description

• Own end-to-end programme delivery for CA-1 militarisation, coordinating across sub-streams to
• Primary interface with government customers and industry partners, translating commitments into
• Coordinate Engineering, Product, Procurement, Legal, and Compliance around shared objectives
• Oversee qualification, testing, and trial campaigns; monitor schedule, risk, and budget to surface
• Ensure development remains compliant with MIL-Spec, STANAG, and NATO requirements, airworthiness

🎯 Requirements

• Delivered complex militarisation programmes end-to-end in defence or aerospace environments
• Experience as primary programme interface with government customers and defence industry partners
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in regulated, time-critical contexts
• Familiarity with MIL-Spec standards, STANAG and NATO requirements, and airworthiness regulations
• Proven track record in managing schedule, risk registers, and budgets across multiple sub-streams
