Senior Programming & Development Manager, Twitch Rivals

📋 Description

• Develop and program the Twitch Rivals calendar and produce competitive entertainment for creators and the gaming communities they love.
• Assist in developing the Twitch Rivals program strategy and ensure execution is aligned.
• Review event data and present opportunities for improvement to the team.
• Work with production vendors to ensure events align with pre-determined priorities (publisher, streamer, brand).
• Write and manage event briefs to ensure the Community Originals team has up-to-date information on a show.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, Partnerships, Public Relations, Broadcast Ops, Analytics, and Sales teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in esports, professional sports, and/or gaming events.
• Experience with pre-sale or post-sale sales organizations ideating or activating unique brand-focused ideas.
• Experience with a variety of different games and gaming mechanics.
• Strong verbal communication and experience presenting and pitching programs or products.
• Intrinsic motivation to dig into the details and document strategy and intent.
• Bonus points: knowledge of differences between games within similar genres.
