Develop and program the Twitch Rivals calendar and events.
Assist in Rivals program strategy and ensure execution alignment.
Review event data and present improvement opportunities.
Work with production vendors to build events by publisher, streamer, and brand priorities.
Write and manage event briefs with up-to-date show information.
Collaborate with BD, Marketing, Partnerships, PR, Broadcast Ops, Analytics, and Sales.

🎯 Requirements

6+ years in esports, professional sports, or gaming events.
Experience working with sales teams in pre/post-sale ideation or activation.
Experience with a variety of games and gaming mechanics.
Strong verbal communication and experience presenting programs or products.
Detail-oriented and able to document strategy and intent clearly.
