📋 Description

• Own intake in Asana: Review new requests with Marketing stakeholders, ensure a complete creative
• Build and maintain processes that move work from request to delivery, adapting and optimizing.
• Partner with Marketing Program Management on large marketing initiatives, setting start dates and
• Track team capacity against demand and raise trade-offs early.
• Keep project files and deliverables organized so anything the team has made can be found in seconds.
• Build reporting that shows what the team delivers and its impact, both qualitative and quantitative.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience running project delivery for an in-house creative, design, or marketing team.
• Experience owning intake and setting standards for a good brief, with ability to get requesters to
• Fluency in a work management tool (Asana is a plus).
• Ability to plan across many teams, set milestones, and turn scattered feedback into clear next
• Proactive problem-solving: notice issues before being told and arrive with proposed fixes.
• Influence through rationale, data, and diplomacy; serve the company as a whole.
