Senior Project and Program Manager, Marketing Brand Operations

📋 Description

• Own intake in Asana: review new requests with Marketing stakeholders, ensure complete creative
• Build and maintain processes to move work smoothly from request to delivery, optimizing as needed
• Partner with Marketing Program Management on large marketing initiatives, setting start dates and
• Track team capacity against demand and raise trade-offs early to keep deadlines as decisions
• Keep project files and deliverables organized for quick retrieval
• Build qualitative and quantitative reporting to show team delivery and impact

🎯 Requirements

• Experience running project delivery for an in-house creative, design, or marketing team
• Experience owning intake and setting brief standards with requester adherence
• Fluency in a work management tool (Asana is used at MaintainX)
• Ability to plan across teams, set milestones, and synthesize feedback into next steps
• Proactive problem identification with proposed fixes
• Influencing through rationale, data, and diplomacy with a company-wide focus
