📋 Description

• Develop, establish, and maintain cost control and/or planning and scheduling processes for large
• Provide guidance and specialized support for resolving challenging project controls issues and
• Work directly with clients and participate in regular project meetings, providing clear statistical
• Develop project control tools and reporting mechanisms that give project and company leadership
• Develop and maintain work breakdown structures in collaboration with affected departments and
• Analyze, evaluate, forecast, and report schedule performance against established baselines.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent
• 5+ years of relevant project controls, project management, engineering, construction, or related
• Working knowledge of engineering principles, particularly in electrical, mechanical, civil, or a
• Strong understanding of cost control, planning, scheduling, forecasting, performance analysis, and
• Proficiency with project controls software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with established industry practices, project control methodologies, and tools.
