Senior Project Coordinator – Construction

📋 Description

• Contact and qualify cold and warm leads with phone calls
• Create and strategically prioritize target account lists
• Conduct high-level conversations with contacts at target accounts
• Follow up leads based on marketing events and inquiries
• Act as subject matter expert on a wide range of services
• Track all activity in a CRM

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years prior sales experience in the real estate domain
• Prior experience with CRM software (Close.com)
• Bachelor’s degree a plus
• Excellent internet for video calls and a working computer
• Ability to work in the US time zones
• Excellent English, including an understanding of idioms
• Be able to provide and schedule calls with a minimum of 3 references
