Senior Project Designer, Architecture

📋 Description

• Meet with clients to define project goals and relationships.
• Develop design options for site and buildings.
• Coordinate with PMs and mentor juniors on documenting design.
• Follow projects from inception to construction to maintain design quality.
• Coordinate Interior Design team for cohesive spec building design.
• Understand work plan and budget, meeting hours and deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of commercial architecture design experience preferred.
• Licensed Architect preferred.
• Basic computer, written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Adobe Suite and SketchUp experience essential.
• Revit and AutoCAD experience preferred.
• Ability to create complete design presentation packages essential.
