📋 Description

• Drive the execution of the IT transformation roadmap and maintain an integrated transformation
• Coordinate governance activities and monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and corrective actions.
• Standardise operating models, processes, templates, tools, and management practices across the
• Define and track KPIs, OKRs, and portfolio metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Facilitate executive governance forums, steering committees, and transformation reviews.
• Provide insightful reporting and recommendations to senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, PgMP, SAFe, Scrum, ITIL, Lean, or Six Sigma
• 10+ years of experience in project, programme, portfolio, or transformation management within large
• Proven success delivering enterprise-scale IT transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience implementing governance frameworks, KPI structures, portfolio controls, and
