Senior Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end project and program management activities from planning to closure.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and communications.
• Drive implementation, rollout, and adoption of products/services per customer requirements.
• Establish strong relationships with customer stakeholders and ensure high satisfaction.
• Facilitate steering meetings, status updates, and executive communications.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, forecasts, and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience managing customer-facing technology projects in IT professional services or
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies; PMI standards and practices.
• PMP certification is preferred but not required.
• Experience leading complex projects with technical teams, business stakeholders, and enterprise
• Knowledge of contact center operations or related technologies is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
