📋 Description

• Orchestrate end-to-end delivery across curriculum, software, and production.
• Protect launch dates by managing the critical path and long-lead items.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigations to restore health.
• Lead planning and execution rituals with clear objectives and ownership.
• Own physical, digital, and service readiness with BOM QA.
• Optimize team throughput and plan resources 2–3 quarters ahead.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8+ years managing complex EdTech/software projects.
• Hybrid Agile/Scrum experience plus Waterfall for print/production.
• Blended product shipping web and physical formats.
• Advanced tooling: Jira, Smartsheet; dashboards in Monday.com/Airtable.
• Strong communication to explain delays to editors and engineers.
