📋 Description

• Manage projects and ensure cross-functional alignment for AbbVie Therapeutics projects in China.
• Oversee stakeholder management, risk management, and asset project-level planning with project
• Drive development excellence, organize team meetings, enhance team effectiveness by facilitating
• Support operational execution of projects to the project plan, track and manage project progress
• Support China Asset Strategy Team, Therapeutic Area Review Meetings and China Development related
• Contribute to the design, development, and improvement of China portfolio and project management

🎯 Requirements

• B.Sc. > 8 years, M.Sc. > 6 years, Ph.D. > 3 years of work experience in Pharmaceutical or
• Self-motivated with strong passion to deliver success.
• Good knowledge of drug development, clinical development, and registration pathway in China.
• Familiar with pharmaceutical project management; MNC experience preferred.
• Ability to utilize experience and influence to facilitate successful project implementation
• Fluent business-level spoken and written English.
