Senior Project Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project execution, including schedule, budget, safety, and quality.
• Lead preconstruction meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain the Critical Path Schedule and project milestones.
• Coordinate with the superintendent to meet schedule, safety, and budget goals.
• Build strong client relationships and drive project success.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost control skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore (preferred).
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
