10+ years in Project Management with cross-functional leadership
Healthcare/EMS/public safety industry experience preferred
Formal PM training (PMP) or deep PM methodology expertise (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Strong communication with executive stakeholders
Customer-facing experience and stakeholder management
SDLC knowledge overseeing complex implementations
