Senior Project Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee high-priority projects from design handoff through implementation
• Coordinate across end users, distributors, and vendors for alignment
• Manage resources and integration across functional teams
• Lead project scope, schedule, and stakeholder expectations
• Monitor dependencies and risks; escalate issues as needed
• Support and develop project teams to ensure process adherence

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in IT services/ MSP environments
• 6+ years as Project Manager or Program Manager in IT
• Experience with construction projects and aligning IT plans to build schedules
• LAN/WAN, VoIP, MDM, Microsoft Server, Active Directory, Mac/PC support, cloud solutions
• Experience with ConnectWise or similar systems
• PM-related certification or degree preferred
