📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end service delivery and governance for Application Managed Services (AMS)
• Own the transition management framework to ensure seamless onboarding of new applications into the
• Comprehensive planning, milestone tracking, risk and dependency management, and stakeholder status
• Leverage metrics and data to analyze service performance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure
• Apply prior experience using GenAI and AI agents to optimize the development cycle, accelerate
• Champion people management, guiding cross-functional teams and optimizing resource allocation

🎯 Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience as a results-driven Program Manager for Application Managed Services
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related
• PMP or ITIL certifications are highly desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with customer and Delivery team
• Experience using GenAI and AI agents
