Senior Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Industrial AI projects from kickoff to value realisation.
• Own scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, data scientists, product teams, and CS.
• Translate objectives into measurable metrics; run Value Realisation Workshops.
• Manage project financials: forecasting, revenue recognition, profitability.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders and govern the lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years delivering complex software, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise projects.
• Experience leading industrial digital transformation with multiple stakeholders.
• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, and data architecture.
• Agile with Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2 and related governance.
• Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet; travel up to 25%; fluent German.
