Develop and maintain detailed project programmes, budgets, and reporting structures.
Coordinate designers, technical teams, contractors, and suppliers.
Oversee site activities, quality control, and project progress.
Manage procurement processes and contractor appointments.
Drive projects through to practical completion, commissioning, and handover.

🎯 Requirements

Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager on complex construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction processes, site management, and delivery
Excellent contractor, supplier, and stakeholder management
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation ability
Strong organisational skills with multiple priorities
Willingness to travel and be site-based as required
