Senior Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead large, complex projects and portfolios spanning multiple workstreams, managing scope
• Own engagement economics, including budget-to-actual tracking, forecasting, reconciliation, burn
• Translate delivery risks and operational issues into financial, business, and audit-relevant
• Facilitate executive steering committees, governance forums, and program reviews while establishing
• Use delivery metrics such as burn, ETC, utilization, and risk heatmaps to support informed
• Develop and enhance delivery methodologies, templates, toolkits, and best practices to improve

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of
• 7+ years of project management experience in a professional services environment, or 10+ years of
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-workstream programs and managing projects through changing
• Demonstrated ownership of engagement economics, including budgeting, forecasting, financial
• Strong experience in resource management, capacity planning, and portfolio prioritization.
• Ability to operate effectively in environments characterized by ambiguity, incomplete requirements

• Estimated base salary of $117,000–$158,000, with actual compensation determined by location
