Senior Project Manager

📋 Description

• Manage design, development, and construction for 10-15 retail projects.
• Build and maintain schedules, milestones, and risk logs; mitigate delays before openings.
• Lead cross-functional coordination across design, real estate, construction, and brand teams.
• Serve as primary accountability, escalating issues early and proposing solutions.
• Align design direction with project execution to ensure on-brand, well-built stores.
• Partner with real estate on site evaluation, pre-lease due diligence, and lease terms.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 10-15 years design and project management experience, retail/hospitality or multi-site.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Excel, and MS Project.
• Knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of retail ADA compliance and building codes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present and defend design decisions.
• Portfolio of built retail/hospitality work; track record managing 10+ concurrent projects.
