📋 Description

• Lead large-scale fit-out projects from planning to close-out.
• Serve as the primary client contact and tailor strategies.
• Manage budgeting, scheduling, resources, risk, and compliance.
• Chair client and stakeholder meetings and provide progress updates.
• Oversee subcontractor and vendor relationships; evaluate bids.
• Lead site inspections; coordinate with Site Superintendents for safety.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in project management within fit-out construction.
• Relationship-focused with proactive client service.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations, coordination, and safety.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project, Vista, or other PM tools.
• Solid budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, and contract admin.
