Senior Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end project management for Amazon Connect implementations from initial discovery to
• Develop comprehensive project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and resource allocations
• Manage company project scope, schedule, and budget, and manage project risks and dependencies
• Build strong client relationships as primary technical point of contact during implementation
• Oversee technical implementation of Amazon Connect and integrated AWS services
• Guide design/configuration of contact flows, queues, and routing strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in technical project management
• 3+ years experience with AWS cloud technologies
• Experience with contact center technologies and customer experience solutions
• Experience managing complex technical implementations
• Excellent communication skills and strong client relationship management
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master)
