Senior Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead large, complex projects through full lifecycle, delivering within scope, schedule, budget, and
• Manage cross-functional teams of 30+ members; mentor and coach project managers.
• Develop project plans with scope, resources, timelines, budgets, risks, and contingencies.
• Facilitate customer meetings, workshops, sprint ceremonies, and executive reviews.
• Monitor progress with reporting, issue tracking, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation.
• Drive change management and maintain transparent client/internal communication.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, CIS, Insurance, PM, or related field.
• 10+ years of project management, with large-scale tech or insurance projects.
• Proven cross-functional leadership of 30+ resources on complex initiatives.
• Strong Agile, Scrum, and project governance expertise.
• PM certifications such as SAFe, ASM, ACP or similar; multi-million-dollar budgets experience.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Office 365, JIRA, Azure DevOps; other PM tools.
