Senior Project Manager

📋 Description

• Own planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives from kickoff to completion.
• Drive projects with urgency while maintaining high-quality execution.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align goals, priorities, and deliverables.
• Align execution with business objectives and initiative vision.
• Facilitate rapid experimentation: test, learn, iterate quickly.
• Identify risks, remove blockers, and drive projects forward.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing cross-functional tech projects with AI-powered workflows.
• Strong PM foundation with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to own initiatives and drive to completion.
• Experience using Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are a plus.
