Senior Project Manager

📋 Description

• Ensure projects delivered on time, within budget, and within scope
• Maintain Ergomed quality standards with sponsor & internal teams
• Coordinate with project team, allocate tasks, and provide training
• Develop, review, and edit project plans to fit goals & milestones
• Organize and facilitate study-related meetings
• Serve as main contact with sponsor and senior management

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as PM for international clinical trials in CRO
• Oncology and Rare Disease knowledge
• Experience selecting/managing external providers
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a science discipline
